This can be powerfully therapy. It is one thing to intellectually grasp the concept of this freedom and it’s a whole different experience to feel it in your body.  Edith summons down the energy that is swirling around in our heads and helps us move that energy through our bodies taking us From Mind to Body. I feel alive attempting to mimic her choreography.   When the music starts, we are all one transported to a different place and time hidden deep inside our hearts.  If we allow ourselves to connect in that sacred space, a wealth of love for ourselves and each other awaits.
