From Mind To Body is proud to present its dance team which performs every weekend in different events, Night clubs (No strip clubs), concerts, birthday
parties, expos, Girls Night out parties and celebrity parties.  We also have up-coming performances nationally and internationally.   

Our Dance Shows consist of various synchronized choreographies with different sporty costumes.  All of our dancers are From Mind To Body certified
dancers and none are affiliated with the strip club industry.  We are professional and fun fitness-pole dancers. (Please note there is absolutely no nudity.)
































From Mind To Body will be releasing a new performance DVD of all our events in 2008.
